DFW · Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport

DFW Airport Car Service

DFW sits between Dallas and Fort Worth and is American Airlines' largest hub. It is one of the largest airports in the world by land area, with five terminals lined up along a single central road, International Parkway, and a toll plaza at each end. Where you are heading (Dallas, Fort Worth, Las Colinas, Frisco or Arlington) decides which way your chauffeur leaves the airport, so that plan starts before you land.

Luxury Ride Pro meets DFW arrivals at every terminal and drives anywhere in the Metroplex. The details below come from DFW Airport's official ground transportation and directions pages.

Pickup rules last checked against the official airport website on October 18, 2026

DFW Terminals

  • Terminals A, B, C and E

Domestic and regional flights, with American Airlines using several of them. Each terminal has its own lower-level baggage claim and curbside.

  • Terminal D

The main international terminal, where customs arrivals exit.

  • Terminal F

Under construction. DFW has broken ground on a sixth terminal.

  • Between terminals

Terminal Link shuttles run outside security. Rail stations for DART and TEXRail are at Terminals A and B.

How Pickup Works at DFW

From DFW Airport's official ground transportation and directions pages:

  • Curbside drop-off is on the upper level of all terminals. All terminal curbs are for active loading and unloading only. Unattended or waiting vehicles are subject to a fine.
  • App-based ride services (Uber, Lyft and others) pick up at the upper-level curb of each terminal. Taxis, courtesy vehicles, shared rides and charter buses use the lower-level curb.
  • DFW lists authorized limousine operators but does not publish a separate limousine curb zone. Our chauffeurs meet you at baggage claim and confirm the exact door by text.
  • Drivers picking up can use one-hour parking spaces in the first rows of Terminal Parking. The free Cell Phone Lot at the north end of the airport is open 24/7, with waiting of up to two hours.
  • The airport has entry plazas on the north (SH-114 / I-635) and south (SH-183). Tolls are paid by TollTag or contactless card at the plazas.

Meet & Greet: How Your Chauffeur Finds You

  1. 1We track your flight from departure, so your chauffeur's arrival follows the real landing time.
  2. 2The chauffeur parks in Terminal Parking close to your baggage claim rather than circling the curb.
  3. 3Domestic arrivals are met at the baggage claim carousel with a digital name sign. International passengers at Terminal D are met outside the customs exit.
  4. 4You walk to the car together. On request, the chauffeur can bring it to the curb outside your baggage claim doors instead.

Flight Tracking & Free Wait Time

Our dispatch team uses real-time flight tracking software and automatically adjusts your chauffeur's arrival time for early arrivals or delays, with free wait on delayed flights. Terminal D handles most international arrivals, and customs can be slow when several long-haul flights land together, so international guests get extra free wait time.

Dallas or Fort Worth: Two Different Exits

DFW is shared by two cities, and the right exit depends on where you are going. For Downtown Dallas, Uptown and the Park Cities, we usually take the south plaza and SH-183 or the north plaza toward SH-114 and I-35E. For Fort Worth, SH-183 or SH-121 heads west toward Downtown and the Cultural District. For Frisco, Plano and the northern suburbs, the north plaza connects to SH-121 and the Dallas North Tollway corridor.

That is why our Dallas and Fort Worth pages are planned separately. If your stay is on the west side, see our Fort Worth limo service. For Dallas, Uptown and Las Colinas, see our Dallas page.

Corporate Travel and Events Around DFW

Las Colinas and Irving corporate offices are about 15 to 25 minutes from the terminals, and Grapevine's resort hotels are just north of the airport. Many business travelers book an hourly car from DFW for a day of meetings in Irving, Plano or Frisco. For events, we combine airport pickups with drop-offs at AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, the American Airlines Center or Dickies Arena.

Rail, Terminal Link and Changing Terminals

DART and TEXRail trains stop at Terminals A and B, and Terminal Link shuttles connect the terminals outside security. With a chauffeur you will not need either, but they help if a traveling companion lands at a different terminal. Tell us both flights and we will plan one pickup.

DFW Tips From Our Dispatch Team

  • Tell us whether you are going to Dallas or Fort Worth. Leaving through the south plaza (SH-183/SH-360) or the north plaza (SH-114/SH-121) can save 10 minutes or more.
  • DFW is often closer than Love Field for Las Colinas, Grapevine, Southlake, Arlington and all of Fort Worth.
  • Summer heat is intense. Every vehicle is pre-cooled before you get in.
  • On Cowboys game days or big AT&T Stadium concerts, allow extra time for any airport trip that passes Arlington.
